Day to day you will: Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with precision. Organise travel arrangements and ensure every detail is seamless. Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports. Support events and projects that keep our business moving forward. Collaborate with the wider Business Support team to deliver exceptional service. Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, ensuring communication flows effortlessly. About you: Proven experience in personal assistant or executive support roles. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanour. Tech-savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Master of multi-tasking with a eye for detail and knack for anticipating needs before they arise. Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and organise travel arrangements. You will also prepare documents and support events while collaborating with the Business Support team.
