Adventure Team is a growing disability support company, currently expanding its services with the launch of a social hub café, providing meaningful work and social engagement opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and energetic Personal Assistant to support the Business Owner & Director in a practical, hands-on capacity.
While the café and broader company initiatives provide an exciting and dynamic context, the primary focus of this role is on assisting the Business Owner directly with day-to-day errands, organisation, and general support. The ideal candidate will have initiative, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently in a varied, fast-paced environment. This casual, part-time role (5–6 hours per week) offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in a small business setting.

  • Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong phone manner and clear, professional communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Friendly and confident interacting with the public
  • Energetic, adaptable, and flexible with changing priorities
  • Driver’s license and access to a vehicle

WHY JOIN:

  • Work closely with a Business Owner in a small, dynamic environment
  • Be part of a purpose-driven organization making a positive social impact
  • Flexible, laid-back work atmosphere
