We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Ali & Sons is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Capital Management team, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, documentation, communication, and internal processes related to investment activities, fund commitments, and portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while supporting a fast-paced investment environment.   Key Responsibilities * Provide executive administrative support to the Capital Management/Investment team. * Manage calendars, meeting schedules, conference calls, and travel arrangements for the investment team. * Coordinate meetings with investment managers, advisors, banks, and internal stakeholders. * Maintain organized records of investment documentation including NDAs, fund agreements, capital call notices, and investor reports. * Assist in maintaining internal databases and documentation related to the investment portfolio. * Coordinate internal approvals and circulation of investment documents to relevant departments. * Maintain filing systems and document management for investment-related files. * Coordinate logistics for investment team events, conferences, and external meetings. * Liaise with Finance and Legal teams to facilitate documentation and operational requirements related to investments. * Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive financial and corporate information.   Qualifications & Experience * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. * Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator. * Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is preferred but not mandatory. * Background in Investment/Finance is a plus. * Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Experience with document management systems is preferred. * Familiarity with calendar management and virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Outlook. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.   Why Join Us? * Be part of a leading and diversified business group in the UAE. * Work closely with senior leadership and investment professionals. * Gain exposure to investment management, portfolio monitoring, and strategic business initiatives. * Thrive in a professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
