Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and facilitating daily operations to ensure seamless workflow. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain confidentiality. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for executives. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
