  1. Operational Structuring & Task Execution
  • Can take verbal ideas directives and organize into actionable steps and follow-ups.
  • Maintains checklists and timelines across multiple projects.
  • Acts as a quiet driver to keep the management, and those around him, on track.
  1. Professional Writing & Communication
  • Drafts emails, client notes, internal updates, and summary memos
  • Takes meeting notes and follow ups for team distribution.
  • Communicates with counterparties, vendors, and team members on behalf of the management.
  1. Digital Competence & Organizational Discipline
  • Skilled with:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outlook calendar & email
  • Cloud-based file management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dropbox, GDrive)
  • Keeps systems organized: file naming conventions, folder structures, version tracking.
  • Sets up and maintains shared team resources (e.g., calendars, document folders).
  1. Basic Financial/Administrative Literacy
  • Familiar with investment terms, bank forms, wire instructions, and regulatory documents.
  • Able to interface with accounting firms (e.g., HaysMacintyre) and compliance providers (e.g., ACA).
  • May support subscription management (e.g., Bloomberg) and vendor invoice tracking.
  • Personal & Family Support (Optional / As Needed)
  • Support for personal and family logistics

Including:

  • Organizing family travel or events
  • Helping maintain personal and property records
  • Coordinating with home maintenance vendors, staff, or service providers
  • Managing filing systems for personal documents, property ownership, or financial statements
  • Acting as a centralized point of organization for both Horizon and personal affairs (travel, homes, filing, etc.)
