Key Roles: Coordinate fully with employees and assist them in all fields related to secretarial duties Provide full secretarial services on various issues as requested (translation/typing/filing). Receive, send, and follow-up all mail correspondence related to the concerned department. Prepare all documents and reports when required and ensure its accessibility at all times. Organize all files and ensure that office equipment is in order. Transfer all calls and direct them to appropriate individuals. Ensure the availability of stationary in adequate supply at all times. Update all information related to employees, and facilitate all requests related to (Leaves, Maternity Leaves, Sick Leaves. etc). Ensure that all correspondence, addresses, and contact information are maintained and updated. Coordinate with various department within the Arab Bank regarding all department requirements. Prompt response to various communication, in terms of finding solutions, recommending alternative or at least acknowledging receipt with a clear time to respond Meet Internal customer's needs. Job Requirements: Education: University Degree or Diploma with a good academic record. Experience :0-2 years of Experience in the Support and Secretariat field Average level of English Language. Good writing, and communication skills Full computer literacy. Ability to remain focused on the priorities in a multi-request environment. Effective team player, ability to build cooperative relationships.
