Responsibilities
  • Proactive management of busy, complex diaries, resolving any conflicting engagements
  • Manage the equity Partner’s client portfolio
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines and effectively managing a challenging and varied workload
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of team events with specific assistance to be agreed on a case-by-case basis
  • Regularly working with highly sensitive information in a discrete manner
  • Building relationships and understanding the business and personal priorities of the Partners you support and key people across the business
  • Having confidence to work on your own initiative.
  • Taking minutes at key meetings, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and are accurate
  • Ensuring that all documentation is brand and CVI compliant
  • Supporting the running of meetings by booking relevant rooms and equipment
  • Engaging with other members of the London Audit Group Business Support team
  • Organise business travel, visas, hotel accommodation, preparation of itineraries, cars etc
  • Monitor meeting invitations of Partners and reply on their behalf when needed
  • Documentation creation and management
  • Completion of expense reports in a timely manner
  • Liaising with high level Partners
  • Liaison with the BS Hub in respect of secretarial cover within the group as well as providing support to other PAs as necessary, including holiday and sickness cover
  • Acting as gatekeeper for Partners
  • Visibility of high-level confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Responsible to act on the Partner’s behalf on a range of issues and projects
  • General administrative assistance to group as required
  • Organising leavers cards
  • Ensuring appropriate handovers are completed to ensure tasks are passed over accordingly
