Personal Assistant
Location: Calgary, AB
Hours: This role will start at 15–20 hours per week with the potential to increase to full-time as responsibilities grow.
Reports to: Owner
Bravura Construction Group Ltd. is a rapidly growing company specializing in demolition and hazardous materials abatement projects. Our work spans various environments including high-rises, offices, malls, hospitals, schools, industrial, mine reclamation, and high-security facilities.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Owners with both business and personal tasks. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and trustworthy, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling confidential information, coordinating logistics, and providing day-to-day support to help the business and household run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Business Support

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and light bookkeeping support
  • Conduct online research and compile information as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Provide administrative support to small projects and business initiatives

Personal Support

  • Manage personal appointments and reminders (e.g., medical, household services)
  • Assist with online orders, reservations, and errands
  • Coordinate household services and maintenance as needed
  • Support event planning or family logistics (when applicable)
  • Handle confidential personal matters with discretion

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and comfortable with technology
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (asset, if errands required)
