JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. SKILLS

  • Experience with calendar management using Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Familiarity with Adobe for document management and signatures.

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
  • Assist in planning, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination of employees.
  • Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other software.
  • Handle phone etiquette with professionalism while managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
  • Coordinate projects effectively while ensuring deadlines are met.
