My client is seeking a highly organised, discreet and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to two members of the senior leadership team. This is a busy and rewarding position within a collaborative environment, ideal for someone with strong administrative experience — and particularly suited to a candidate looking to return to the workforce or seeking structured working hours with clear work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & project management: Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments and events; ensure efficient use of time.
  • Communications: Act as first point of contact for the leadership team; screen/respond to emails and calls; draft and proofread correspondence.
  • Meeting support: Prepare agendas, collate materials, take minutes, track actions and follow through.
  • Document management: Maintain accurate, confidential records and files.
  • Liaison & triage: Manage inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders; filter, prioritise and route issues appropriately.
  • Data & reporting: Compile data; produce reports, presentations and visualisations to support decision-making.
  • Event coordination: Support the planning and delivery of organisational events, meetings and other activities.
  • Special projects: Undertake research and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional stakeholder management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Willingness to learn additional information systems and software as required.
  • Integrity, discretion and sound judgement with sensitive information.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, proactive and solutions-focused.

Please note: This is an on-site role (five days per week, no remote element). Standard office hours are 8:00–16:00 with a one-hour lunch. What they offer:

  • A busy, rewarding role at the centre of a senior leadership team.
  • Training and ongoing professional development.
  • Attractive working environment with excellent facilities.
  • Free on-site parking and convenient public transport links.
  • A welcoming, supportive culture with a focus on staff wellbeing.
