Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and proactive administrative professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by supporting two managers within our Occupier Services division, based full-time in our vibrant Sydney CBD office. Key responsibilities: In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the national team. Some duties include: · Email and diary management for the two managers. · Arranging and preparing for internal meetings, agendas and WIPs. · Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence. · Financial forecasting and reconciling invoices and expenses. · Preparation of marketing collateral and presentations for internal and external distribution. Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in an Administration role, ideally with some Personal Assistant duties. · Relevant industry experience in Real Estate or Property is highly desirable. · Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
