Responsibilities

The personal assistant reports to Executive Director, Wrap and also provides support to Executive Director, Advice as well as Executive Director, Platform Growth (limited support required).

  • Proactively manage agenda and reminders for key meetings and deliverables and provide day to day diary and meeting support.
  • Help make the executives that you support as productive as possible by managing priorities, documents, inboxes, issues etc across stakeholders and departments.
  • Coordinate administration activities such as expenses, invoices, onboarding new employees and suppliers, and other IT, People, and Systems requests.
  • Organise staff engagement programs and activities including performance reviews, recognition programs, monthly team meetings etc.Be an active member of the Melbourne Social Club and assist to organise meetings, lunches, team offsites and assist the EA to CEO with ad hoc events.
