Job Description We're seeking a Personal Assistant to assist and support our Owner and Various Upper Management. This is a part time role with flexible hours. This role will consist of running personal errands, assisting with scheduling appointments (both professional and personal) and assisting with other various tasks throughout the day. Requirements Job & Quality Requirements Assist with calendars, appointments, and meetings Assist in drafting, proofreading, and organizing documents and reports Assist with coordinating projects, deadlines, and follow-ups Handle personal errands or requests Assist in coordinating personal and professional commitments to avoid conflicts Assist with preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items Assist with coordinating logistics for meetings, events, or off-site activities Job Qualifications Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to multitask Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools) Adaptable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
