Our Financial Advisory team is looking for a part time Personal Assistant to join us in Christchurch.
ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU. WE LOOK FOR PEOPLE WITH THESE SORTS OF ATTRIBUTES:
- Previous experience (minimum of two years) in a similar role, with a professional yet personable character.
- Strong organisational skills, seasoned at multitasking, prioritisation and juggling competing priorities.
- Confident and client focused with the ability to build trust and communicate at all levels.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, higher proficiency in Word, and PowerPoint would be advantageous
- The desire to continually learn and be challenged is important in this role as is exceptional attention to detail and the creative use of initiative in forward planning.
- Experience working within a professional services/large corporate environment would be advantageous.
