Description
Enable conservation outcomes by supporting the Director of Regional Operations. Salary: $68,878 to $87,265. Permanent, full-time role- based in Queenstown. Mō te tūranga | About the role You will provide hands on support to the Southern South Island (SSI) Regional Operations Director in this fast-paced environment. This includes diary and email management, meeting coordination, minute taking, workflow and travel planning, and other administrative tasks. You’ll be a trusted support to the Director, helping manage shifting priorities, anticipate needs, and keep things running smoothly. Your role will be key to enabling conservation outcomes and supporting operational teams across the region. If you have some of the following, we are keen to hear from you: Highly organised, with strong time management and multitasking skills. Ability to manage diaries, workflows, and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and minute taking. Excellent written and verbal communication. Skilled at building effective relationships across teams and agencies. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, PowerPoint). Discreet and confident handling sensitive and confidential information. A commitment to continuous improvement of systems and processes A commitment to upholding Treaty partnerships and supporting te ao Māori in the workplace.
