Job Title: Bilingual Personal Assistant (Italian & English) for Milan Design Week 2025
Location: Milan, Italy
Duration: 2 weeks (April 2025)
Dates: April 3- 13
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented bilingual (Italian & English) personal assistant to support the lead interior designer owner (English speaker) during Milan Design Week 2025 This exciting opportunity will provide invaluable experience in the world of interior design and access to private and exclusive events with industry pioneers. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. They should have excellent communication skills and a passion for design.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a personal assistant, event coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably in design or events and exhibition settings.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendar, and other digital tools
  • Problem-Solving: Able to think on your feet and handle unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work long hours and adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic environment of Milan Design Week.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge or interest in interior design and architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and photography for event documentation.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 2 settimane
Retribuzione: €150,00 - €250,00 al giorno

Disponibilità:

  • Dal lunedì al venerdì
  • Tutti i weekend
