JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/digital marketing specialist to provide administrative and personal support to our sales and marketing director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be proficient in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
