REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Strong clerical experience with an understanding of office management practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
  • Experience with DocuSign for document management is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
