​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ​ Personal Assistant Duties • Assist director with personal matters, errands, bookings, appointment and related administrative requirements. • Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings. • Ensure timely follow-up and reminders for both professional and personal commitments. • Attend meetings and appointments with the Director and other Executive. • Take minutes, capture key discussion points, and track follow-ups. • Represent the Director or other Executive professionally in interactions with partners, clients, or vendors. • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion. • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation. • Perform other duties as and when assigned Sales Gallery Support • Attend to walk-in clients and provide basic property information. • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating viewings. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales gallery. • Handle administrative tasks such as visitor logs and enquiry records. • Help organise small-scale events or launches within the gallery, including vendor coordination and setup. Marketing Assistance • Support the preparation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers). • Assist with social media posting and basic content updates. • Coordinate with vendors for printing and logistics. • Monitor and replenish marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, price lists) and ensure they are up to date. Client Interaction • Respond to general enquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. • Provide follow-up support to interested prospects. • Maintain simple CRM records and update lead status. Requirements • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across different backgrounds. • Experience supporting senior leaders, or high-net-worth individuals is an advantage. • High level of integrity, discretion and judgement. • Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence. Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm
