Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our holistic therapy business. This multifaceted role involves hosting clients, managing social media presence, and gaining insights into holistic therapy practices. Key Responsibilities:
-Client Hosting: Welcome clients, assist with appointments, and ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across our social media platforms to promote our services and connect with our community.
- Learning and Development: Gain knowledge about our holistic therapy offerings, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records.
- Event Coordination: Help organize workshops, events, and promotional activities to enhance community engagement.
Qualifications:
- interest in holistic therapies, spirituality and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
