PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR BUSY FAMILY
Who are we: We are a dynamic couple managing multiple successful businesses, including a technology start up, while juggling family life with our two children. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and flexible Personal Assistant to help streamline our daily operations, both at home and work.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support - Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for both parents and coordinate family commitments. Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Life Management- Oversee family logistics, including meal planning, grocery shopping, and household supplies. Coordinate family activities, events, and travel arrangements. Manage children’s schedules, including school and extracurricular activities, ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up when required.
- Errands and Task Management - Handle all types of errands, from picking up dry cleaning to grocery shopping. Assist in managing household operations, including light housekeeping, organizing, and maintenance coordination. Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
- Business Support - Assist with financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing invoices. Support project management by helping to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed. Act as a liaison between family members and business partners, clients, or suppliers.
- Childcare Assistance- Provide occasional childcare support, including supervising playdates and assisting with homework. Coordinate childcare arrangements for events or business commitments.
