QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English and Spanish: Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including trends and best practices.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic skills in video editing and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Organized and Reliable: Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Creative Thinker: Bring ideas to the table to enhance content and campaigns.
• Remote Work Ready: Access to a stable and fast internet connection.

• Assist in brainstorming and planning engaging TikTok and Instagram content.
• Research trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure competitive content strategies.
• Support video editing, caption writing, and optimization for social media platforms.
• Help manage content calendars, deadlines, and daily tasks.
• Provide input on creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Communicate consistently with the team to stay aligned on priorities and objectives.
