Description Location: Las Vegas, NV Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Department: Executive Support Reports To: Most Senior Executive Level of the Company This is a newly created position designed to support the most senior executive level of Force Building Services. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, bilingual Personal Assistant who can anticipate needs, manage a fast-paced environment, and balance both personal and business-related responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. This role requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and is comfortable working at a senior leadership level. The ideal candidate will provide direct, high-impact support to ensure daily operations, schedules, and priorities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support • Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily task priorities • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, expense tracking, and basic accounting support • Maintain organization of files, receipts, reports, and confidential records • Assist with communication, follow-ups, and coordination across departments • Support business operations, projects, and executive initiatives Personal Support • Run errands including prescriptions, groceries, deliveries, home-based tasks, and vendor coordination • Assist with planning meals, personal tasks, and household organization • Provide reliable transportation support and occasional driving as needed • Work from the executive’s home frequently Travel Support • Assist with packing, logistics, and itinerary preparation • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally • Support during weekends or extended days when needed Perks and Benefits This role may come with additional perks and benefits consistent with supporting executive-level operations, including opportunities for long-term growth as the company continues expanding. Requirements Required Qualifications • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) • Strong accounting or bookkeeping experience • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs proactively • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours • Strong communication skills; articulate, clear, and professional • Comfortable working regularly from a private residence • High level of confidentiality, maturity, and trustworthiness Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or fast-paced environments • Familiarity with business operations or construction/maintenance industries • Experience coordinating travel, vendors, or logistics • Strong problem-solving ability
