Overview Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for your next challenge? Join Fresenius Kabi as the PA to our Director of Calea & Clinical Governance, UK & Ireland where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership teams, providing seamless operational, administrative and organisational support and ultimately making a real impact on our business and ultimately our patients. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for the Director, always ensuring a professional approach. Provide high-quality PA support, including efficient management of diaries, emails, and correspondence. Deliver confidential administrative services for the Clinical Governance function and wider business. Work closely with the Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement Manager to coordinate essential reports. Develop and implement systems to manage the Calea Leadership Team’s activities and workload. Support the Calea and Nursing Leadership Team with specific projects, from planning to communication. Organise and manage off-site meetings and special events end-to-end. Prepare presentations, collate data, and process monthly expenses. Create and process EPOS purchase orders. Collaborate with the wider PA team and manage stakeholder relationships across the business. Uphold data privacy and information security policies at all times.
