WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who is organized, interpersonal, and fluent in English and Italian? We seek someone to support the President by handling multiple tasks to streamline her schedule.

• Managing and preparing communications, including emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Making travel arrangements, and
• Assisting with digital filing, gallery, and art management.
  The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and thrives in a creative environment. Preferred skills include Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, and team collaboration software proficiency.
  Hours: Full-time (9-5 or 10-6) with errands or work days outside the office.
  Legal work eligibility is required.
  Beginning between February 20-March 1st, 2025
