PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Queensland Government-owned corporation, Sunwater is planning for the construction of a new dam wall immediately downstream from the existing Paradise Dam on the Burnett River.
The project is a large, multi-year project that will ensure a safe and secure water supply for the Bundaberg region for future generations.
This role is part of the Paradise Alliance, formed by Sunwater to deliver the Paradise Dam Improvement Project, with CPB Contractors / Georgiou appointed as major construction partner and GHD as the ongoing design partner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Alliance Manager and Alliance Management Team (AMT) across a range of administrators and organisational support
  • Integrate and facilitate complex reports across varies stakeholders
  • Support various functional groups and strategic leaders and influence stakeholders in support of Project goals
  • Provide comprehensive calendar support, prioritising engagements and ensuring smooth communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all documentation, including correspondence, submissions, and presentations, is meticulously prepared and checked for accuracy and completeness
