JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Personal Assistant/HR Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting key cross-border projects, supporting external communications, and driving new initiatives in collaboration with senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, global perspective, and the ability to navigate complex operational environments.

1. EDUCATION & LANGUAGE

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients / stakeholders; multilingual candidates are preferred.

5. INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the internet/tech industry is an advantage.⁠
• 3-5 years experience as an Personal Assistant or relevant human resources position
