Have meaningful impact as a Personal Assistant Your Role As Personal Assistant – Technical and Operations, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to three Executive Managers within the Retail Technology division. In this role, you’ll foster strong working relationships within the immediate team, across the broader IAG business, and with external stakeholders. You’ll manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgement, ensuring seamless execution of tasks such as proactive diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and team events, arranging travel and accommodation, and processing invoices and credit card expenses efficiently. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with potential for the role of becoming permanent. The role offers hybrid working conditions that support a mixture of working from home and office.
