PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO – JOIN AN ICONIC, MULTI-MILLION-POUND, WELSH ORGANISATION

This is a 6 month Full Time Contract which is completely office based in Cardiff Bay. Please only apply if you are available immediately and can attend an office 5 days a week.
We’re currently recruiting an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a high-profile organisation. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and understands the demands of a senior executive office.
This will suit someone who is dynamic and able to work in high pressure situations with regular changes. The sector is one that is known for being extra dynamic.

Responsibilities
  • Complex diary and calendar management
  • Email inbox handling, call screening, and gatekeeping
  • Organising national and international travel itineraries
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers
  • Acting as a key liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders
