Job Opportunity: Self Employed Personal Assistant
Our client is an intelligent middle-aged man who enjoys stimulating conversation with plenty of humour along the way.
He has a bright disposition aiming to be cheerful and positive and would appreciate this character trait in any potential P.A.
He has a keen interest in a diverse range of music ( Not rock or pop !). When possible he enjoys attending concerts where he can enjoy live and interesting music.
He is fit himself physically and walking is important to him so any applicant would need to be fairly fit themselves.
Due to OCD he cannot work with anybody who has a dog. He can drive but usually sits as a passenger in the P.A’s car so a confident driver is also essential.
It is essential that this client leads his own care. Therefore all activities will be chosen and led by him and his specified needs.

SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engaging in stimulating, person-centred conversations.
Supporting music-related interests and goals.
Driving to areas of his choice for outings, walks etc.
Accompanying him for meals out, shopping trips, health appointments and occasional concerts.
Maintaining an upbeat and encouraging connection/conversation to help mood, healthy habits and self esteem improvement.

ROLE DETAILS:

4-8 hours weekly (Flexible working pattern)
Pay: £15.84 per hour
This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by offering quality, uplifting support to someone who values engaging experiences/company . Due to mental health issues this gentleman can only currently go out when he has have accompanying Support. This makes his sessions extra valuable and essential for his well being.
