  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements with timely reminders and relevant materials.
  • Communication Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, filtering emails, phone calls, and messages. Prioritize communication and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and events. Ensure all materials are accurate, well-organized, and aligned with the CEO’s requirements.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications related to the CEO’s business and personal matters.
  • Task Coordination and Project Support: Assist in managing and coordinating various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO to ensure smooth workflow.
