OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a high-net-worth CEO in her day-to-day personal life. This individual will serve as a trusted right hand, ensuring household, lifestyle, and personal tasks are managed seamlessly. No job is too small—this role requires flexibility, discretion, and a service-minded approach.
The Personal Assistant will work closely with the CEO’s Head of Operations, who will provide training and ongoing support. While collaboration with the operations team is expected, this role is dedicated strictly to personal support, not business-related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness; ability to “figure it out.”
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive personal matters.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with apps and tools for scheduling, communication, and task management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and last-minute requests.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—no job is too small or too big.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $23.47 - $28.26 per hour
    Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Responsibilities
  • Daily Check-ins with the CEO to review personal priorities, needs, and schedules.
  • Household Errands including grocery runs, dry cleaning, gift purchasing, and appointment coordination.
  • Package Handling: returns, shipping, receiving, and organization.
  • Party & Event Planning support for personal gatherings—sourcing vendors, managing RSVPs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Household Management: coordinating with vendors, contractors, and household staff as needed.
  • Personal Shopping: from everyday essentials to specialty items.
  • Travel Support: assist with packing, reservations, and on-the-ground needs.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: handling the unexpected and ensuring tasks, large or small, are completed efficiently.
