As a prerequisite you will have experience of operating in a PA role supporting a leadership team and be passionate about your role

  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential with proven experience of delivering a high quality customer focused service.
  • Ability to organise time effectively and to manage workload to achieve deadlines is central to the role, as is accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective and flexible communication skills with the ability to adapt to requirements and audience.
  • Proficient in the use of IT software, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Able to demonstrate a range of administrative and organisational skills.
  • Able to identify and solve routine problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, forward thinking and challenging approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Providing support to the wider PA team when required.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A PERSONAL ASSISTANT:

Provision of direct assistance to the Operations VP including:

  • Monitoring and managing the VP’s mailbox, processing incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that items are appropriately categorised, allocated and actioned.
  • Actively managing the VP’s calendar, making decisions on meeting requests and organising relevant briefing packs/papers.
  • Coordination of any material for Operations meetings and organising any travel requirements.
  • Management of business expenses.
  • Acting as first point of contact when dealing with Operations correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing databases and electronic filing systems.
  • Maintain and update the Operations Department intranet pages.
