Provide high-level admin support to two Directors
Manage calanders, meetings and travel plans
Communicate on behalf of directors
Assist with property management and tenant liaison
Support HR functions
Handle basic accounting

REQUIREMENTS

Matric or higher
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar PA role
Accounting background or qualification a MUST!
Strong computer skills
Own reliable transport
Excellent health and high energy
Fluent in English + one other language
Knowledge of property management, HR and Accounting a must!
Motor industry experience is a big bonus
