With a strong presence in Homeland Security, we design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions worldwide. We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Location: Yehud (relocation to Modi’in during 2026) Responsibilities Manage complex calendars for the CEO and executive leadership team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings Participate in executive and company meetings; prepare and circulate meeting summaries in Hebrew and English Track and follow up on executive team tasks, ensuring timely updates and progress Prepare high-quality presentations and executive materials (Hebrew & English) Coordinate internal communications materials, including newsletters and maintenance of the company portal Handle international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and approvals via TAS system Maintain ongoing communication in English with global subsidiaries and stakeholders Support the planning and execution of executive-level conferences and events Requirements At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management – mandatory Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a systemic mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with multiple stakeholders
