JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to relocate to Mussafah, Abu Dhabi if needed.
  • Immediate availability to join.
Responsibilities
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the employer.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and important documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Run errands and perform personal tasks as required.
