This role plays a key part in supporting leadership productivity with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize calendars, meetings, and business travel for top management Coordinate internal and external communications Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items Handle sensitive documents and approvals (TR/ER) with confidentiality Assist in both business and selected personal affairs of top management Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Management / Communication Min. 3 years experience as Executive Assistant / PA supporting C-level Excellent command of English (active) Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and integrity Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendar tools (Outlook/Google), and task tracking tools (Asana/Trello)
