Job Description Assist one of the Partner with certain UHNW client requests to whom we provide Family office services; Manage the Partner's calendar, prepare clients meetings, organise business trips, complete the poste processing of client calls, client meetings or business trips for the Partner; Manage the expense claim process for the Partner proactively; You take minutes of clients meetings (e.g. documentation formalities, compliance, other requests of the clients) and save in appropriate environment (contact notes, appropriate IT systems); Organise yourself in an efficient and compliant manner and ensure timely and appropriate information of the superior; Conduct reviews, plan ahead and document your own work at all times. Qualifications Degree in Finance or Hospitality; Min. 10 years' experience in position of Personal Assistant and/or RM Assistant, in the Banking environment in Switzerland; Knowledge of banking products and services; Service-oriented, client-oriented, self-starter and autonomous, able to work under pressure and to ensure a 5* service to UHNWI; Fluent in Portuguese, English and French. Responsibilities
