About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to support the CEO across multiple businesses. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, supporting office coordination, and stepping in wherever needed.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is available on-call, willing to drive between locations, and capable of handling both administrative and operational duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, office coordinator, or operations support
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Canva, Excel, and POS/inventory systems, social media platforms
  • Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license to commute within the GTA (Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, etc.)
  • Ability to travel between multiple business locations
  • Comfortable handling cash and financial documentation

Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum personal and professional assistance to the CEO
  • Coordinate daily office tasks and ensure operational follow-through
  • Create purchase orders and manage inventory across locations
  • Handle hiring, termination, and maintaining staff records
  • Draft and schedule social media posts for various businesses
  • Collect and manage receipts and bills, track expenses, and organize documentation
  • Send payroll details to accounting and ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform bank drops and handle cash securely and responsibly
  • Liaise with team members, vendors, and external partners
  • Assist in scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Be available for emergency or time-sensitive tasks, including evenings/weekends
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
