Personal Assistant (PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)
Full time / PART TIME ( both roles available)

We are a young and growing team. Looking for enthusiastic, charming and passionate individuals. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone with great people’s skill, genuine hunger and drive.
Assist with the management of leads, as well as complete PA/EA duties for the Director. The successful candidate will be impeccably organised, have fantastic communication, and have a passion for the real estate agency.

What do you do?

  • Provide all operational/administration support as directed
  • Open for inspections, private viewings & auctions
  • Schedule, calendar, CRM & email management
  • Manage sales/marketing campaign
  • Sales Support, Admin, Compliance & photographer coordination
  • Client facing
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and third parties
  • Manage final inspections, sales & settlement of properties
  • Data Entry & File processing
  • General administration tasks
  • Events & Social Media management
  • Creating and reading confidential documents
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Liaising with staff
  • Reporting to the director.

What do you need?

  • Agents Representative (REIV equivalent) & Drivers License required
  • Proven experience in an EA, Business Support or Sales Administration/Assistant capacity within the property/real estate field
  • A strong understanding of managing sales campaigns
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of real estate practices
  • High attention to detail, initiative & quick thinking
  • High-level communication and presentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Scheduling and Diary management
