Description
🏢 About the Role We're hiring a Personal Assistant to support our CEO across his personal and professional life — fully in person, based in Los Angeles. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for someone who runs toward complexity, closes every loop, and makes things happen before they're asked. You'll manage schedules, coordinate logistics, track open items, and make sure the CEO can stay focused on what matters most. If you're type-A, proactive, and thrive when you're the person keeping everything together — this role is for you. 🌍 About the Agency Our client is a fully remote performance marketing agency helping eCommerce brands grow through paid media, creative strategy, CRO, and SEO. They move fast and hold their work to a high standard, with a team focused on doing excellent work. This role sits at the center of it all. 🛠 What You'll Do You'll be the operational backbone for our CEO, managing the details so he can focus on the big picture. Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel, and day-to-day logistics across personal and professional life Track all open items and action items — nothing in the air goes untracked, nothing is closed until it's actually done Coordinate events and logistics from planning to execution to wrap-up Handle personal tasks and errands that take time and attention away from the CEO's focus Interface with team members and external contacts on the CEO's behalf as needed Anticipate what's needed before being asked — you're always one step ahead ✅ What We're Looking For You're not waiting to be told what to do. You have systems. You follow through. You close loops. Based in Los Angeles, CA — this role is 100% in person, no exceptions Recent graduate or early-career candidate (0–3 years of experience) Background in event coordination, event planning, operations, or a role that required managing multiple moving pieces at once Extremely organized — you have real systems, not good intentions Proactive by nature — you see what needs to happen and you make it happen Strong written and verbal communication — clear, direct, and consistent High drive — you want to be excellent at what you do, not just employed 💰 Benefits & Compensation 📍 In-person role based in Los Angeles, CA 🏥 Health insurance 💼 401(k) with employer match 🌴 3 weeks combined PTO + sick time, plus 10 paid holidays 📚 $500 quarterly learning stipend 💵 Compensation: competitive, depending on experience 🧩 Why This Role Might Be a Fit ✅ You're the person who handles things before anyone notices they needed handling ✅ You're type-A and proud of it — systems, follow-through, and closing loops are your comfort zone ✅ You thrive in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and nothing is routine ✅ You want direct exposure to how a founder operates a growing business ✅ You care about doing the job excellently — not just doing the job 📩 Ready to Apply? Send your resume and a short note on how you stay organized and how you've managed multiple moving pieces at once. Bonus: tell us about an event or project you coordinated from start to finish.
