[What the role is] The Online Safety Commission is looking for a motivated and organised individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Commissioner. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Commission, working closely with teams across the Divisions to coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and support the delivery of the Commission's programmes and initiatives. [What you will be working on] Maintain and provide secretarial support for the Commissioner's (or more senior stakeholders) daily schedules, including forward planning of their workload and diary management Solicit agenda items from relevant parties within the Divisions so as to prepare and distribute agenda and meeting materials prior to the meeting Partner team members to provide efficient operational support to the Divisions. This includes maintaining an efficient filing system, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, booking of meeting rooms, raising payments, travel arrangements, budget coordination, collation and compilation of progress reports etc. Point-of-contact for new hires in assisting on-boarding logistical preparation as well as for outgoing staff for their exit clearance procedure Assist in providing support and logistics arrangement for events/programmes organised by the respective Division [What we are looking for] At least 4 years of relevant working experience in office management and administrative support Ability to organise and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment Good oral and written communication skills Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software where required Good team-player http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
