ROLE SUMMARY

As a Personal Assistant – Organizer, you will serve as a reliable point of support for senior leadership. You’ll be responsible for managing executive calendars, streamlining daily operations, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This position requires attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and outstanding communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Organize daily schedules and ensure optimal time management
  • Manage communication, including emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Plan logistics for internal/external meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and professionalism
  • Track tasks, set reminders, and help meet project deadlines
  • Support with light personal tasks when required
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external contacts
