REQUIREMENT:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel or work irregular hours, if needed.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
  • Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, documents, and take minutes as needed; follow up on action items.
  • Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, research, and project tracking.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop engaging content (captions, visuals, short videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategy.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, messages, and comments.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Assist with branding, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creatives for content creation.
