Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.
  • 2–4 years proven experience as a PA / Executive Assistant, preferably in the finance, banking, or real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence processes.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full PA support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Support compliance team with KYC checks, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure proper filing of sensitive documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
