EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:

  • A-level educated (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (essential)
  • Proficient in IT systems (essential)
  • Experience in accounts, marketing, or sales (desirable)

Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide day-to-day PA support to the CEO, including arranging and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and prioritising tasks.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle electronic filing, take meeting minutes, and maintain updated project folders to ensure efficient operations.
  • Accounts Support: Assist with invoicing and data entry to support financial operations.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with Marketing Team for website updates, CRM management, event planning and social media management to enhance online presence.
  • HR Support: Manage administrative tasks related to candidates, new starters, and leavers, including organising IT setup and other HR-related administration.
  • Reporting: Assist in compiling reports and presentations as required by the CEO and other team members.
