Pencil is a creative technology company building narrative-driven tower defense games and providing DevOps consultancy for digital studios and startups. We believe in imaginative storytelling, efficient systems, and building meaningful experiences — for players, clients, and our team.

We’re looking for a versatile and organized Part-Time Coordinator to assist our CEO across two key areas:

  • 50% Pencil operations support
  • 50% personal/household management support

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on structure, knows how to manage projects and contractors, and enjoys juggling creative and logistical tasks in a remote setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with project management software (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage and communicate with freelancers and contractors professionally
  • Experience with basic web tools like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress is a plus
  • Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
