We are seeking a positive, motivated, team-working and responsible person to join our team based in Bucharest.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitating Communication : Acts as the main liaison between Partners and various departments, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination across teams. Helps manage inquiries, requests.
  • Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive support by drafting official documents, preparing presentations, and maintaining attendance records for the Partners. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all materials.
  • Schedule & Time Management : Handles the Partner’s agenda, coordinating meetings, appointments, and deadlines to optimize efficiency. Proactively prevents scheduling conflicts and ensures smooth daily operations.
  • Correspondence Management: Oversees emails, letters, and messages, ensuring timely responses and proper follow-ups while maintaining structured records of interactions.
  • Event Participation : Represents the Partner(s) at events, providing assistance, networking support, or coordinating logistics when required.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plans and organizes meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, logistics management, and minutes documentation for effective follow-up.
  • Task Ownership : Demonstrates a strong understanding of responsibilities, proactively managing projects, deadlines, and priorities with minimal supervision to maintain operational excellence.
