THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

ABOUT THE ROLE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events to ensure efficient time management.
  • Communication Handling: Managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, often prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Meeting Coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items from meetings.
  • Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Expense Management: Handling expense reports, budgeting, and financial documentation.
  • Project Support: Assisting with various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Confidentiality: Managing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Liaison Role: Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
