About the Role:
We’re seeking a sharp, dependable Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a HealthCare company, as well as assist with various business initiatives including real estate, training programs, and events.

This is not your average assistant role. You’ll be involved in:

  • Helping coordinate home care services and healthcare staffing logistics
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Assisting with staff communications, document preparation, and hiring support
  • Liaising with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Organizing digital files, emails, and systems
  • Supporting personal brand activities (events, content, and social media planning)
  • Running errands and handling miscellaneous admin tasks

You Are:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Professional and respectful with excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy (Google Drive, Calendly, Canva, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
  • Interested in health care, entrepreneurship, real estate, or personal development (a big plus!)
  • Based in Calgary with reliable transportation (in-person support is required)

Position Details:

  • Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow
